Access Control Technician – $25-$35/hr - DOE

We are currently hiring Access Control techs with 2+ years of experience performing access control installation in a commercial environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Tampa Bay Area.

Minimum Qualifications

The individual must:

· Have previous  hands-on access control installation experience

· Be able to identify common access control components and understand their function

· Be comfortable working inside access control panels

· Be proficient with low-voltage wiring and terminations

· Be able to read and follow wiring diagrams

· Be capable of troubleshooting basic wiring issues

· Be able to work carefully and methodically without compromising existing system wiring

· Be able to follow instructions from the lead technician

· Understand that these systems are operating in  critical life-safety/security areas , requiring a high level of attention to detail

Experience specifically with  Symmetry or Seilox is preferred, but experience with other commercial access control platforms is acceptable if the technician has strong hands-on access control experience.

Compensation :

·Competitive starting pay $25 - $35/hr or depending on experience
