Job Description
We are seeking an experienced digital commerce leader to oversee strategy, performance, and growth across online revenue channels. This role will drive digital business results by optimizing customer experiences, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading cross-functional initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with operational execution and has experience managing ecommerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, analytics, and customer engagement programs.

Salary : $135,000 - $145,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital commerce strategies that support revenue growth objectives.
- Oversee website operations, digital merchandising, content governance, and user experience enhancements.
- Monitor and report on digital business performance, customer engagement trends, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Lead testing and optimization efforts to improve site performance and customer experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee external agency partnerships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, finance, and technology teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop digital commerce professionals.
- Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards that support executive decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve online customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term business growth.
- 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, online marketing, or related disciplines.
- Previous leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with modern ecommerce platforms, customer engagement technologies, and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and digital performance improvements.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, project management, and presentation skills.
- Experience within consumer products, retail, lifestyle, wellness, or related industries preferred.
