Step into a fulfilling opportunity as an onsite bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a preschool caseload near Redwood City, CA. In this full-time, contract role, you’ll play an integral part in shaping young learners’ communication skills, all while working in a welcoming and collaborative school environment. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $60-70 per hour.

Your expertise in school-based SLP responsibilities will be highly valued as you assess and implement individualized therapy plans for preschool students, fostering meaningful growth and progress during these important developmental years. What you bring:

• Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, ideally with preschool-aged children
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, enabling effective bilingual therapy and communication
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Passion for supporting early childhood language development

Key responsibilities:

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy to preschool students
• Complete timely assessments, evaluations, and progress reports
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed session notes and observe program compliance
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to maximize student success
