What we're seeking:

• Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellows
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key responsibilities in this position:

• Assess students, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized or group therapy sessions
• Track student progress, maintain thorough records, and prepare evaluation/IEP reports
• Partner with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent strategies in and out of the classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and intervention plans
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Clinical Fellows if applicable
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
