School Speech Language Pathologist - Redwood City, California

Overview A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to serve a K-12 caseload. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ speech and language development in a dynamic school environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise for goal setting. Qualifications Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with K-12 students in school settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 37 to 41 students efficiently. This full-time contract role requires 37.5 hours per week, from August 13th through June 5th, providing consistent service throughout the academic year. The position is based at a single school site located in San Bruno, CA, allowing for a focused and community-oriented approach.
