Remote Pharmacy Technician4 Corner Resources is hiring a Remote Pharmacy Technician for a leading health plan. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension, a great fit for a certified, pharmacy technician who wants to work directly with members, help close gaps in care, and collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to improve medication adherence, all from the comfort of home.Remote Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:Review member medication lists to identify and resolve barriers to medication therapy, serving as a Pharmacy Navigator to support adherence and prevent medication-related issuesHelp members access their medications by coordinating refills, facilitating new prescriptions, scheduling appointments, connecting members to financial assistance resources, and aligning refill timing to reduce pharmacy visitsDocument care provided and communicate updates to other providers involved in the member's carePartner with pharmacists and other internal and external partners to support medication treatment plans and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) interventionsWork with community pharmacies to monitor and communicate member medication adherenceConduct patient health assessments to gather information on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and homeopathic or herbal therapies, identifying potential barriers to adherenceCommunicate with members and providers primarily by phoneRemote Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institutionExperience communicating clearly and professionally in writing and verballyExperience communicating with patients, providers, and pharmacists on medication-related topicsNationally certified Pharmacy Technician in good standing (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent), or registered/licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standingMust reside in and hold an active license in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, NC, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, OK, SD, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, or WYRemote Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications:Medication Therapy Management CertificateBilingual in SpanishRemote Pharmacy Technician Details:Location: Fully remote (must reside in an approved state see Qualifications)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PMPay Rate: $20–$23/hour, based on experienceDuration: 6-month contract, with possible extension
