About the Role:

We're hiring for a full-time CNA to provide meaningful, person-centered care to older adults in a welcoming, values-driven community. You'll assist with daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice.
The Details:

• Base Pay: Starting at $20.81/hr.
• Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr. for evening shift.
• Med Passing experience : +$1.00/hr. (can train after Orientation is complete)
• Schedule:
  
  
  • DAY shifts available- 6:15 am - 2:30 pm:
    • Sunday - Thursday (5 positions)
    • Friday- Mon (6 positions)
    • Tuesday - Saturday (4 positions)
  • EVE shifts available- 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm:
    • Sunday - Thursday (2 positions)
    • Tuesday - Saturday (5 position open)
  • NOC Shifts available- 10:15 pm - 6:30 am:
    
    
    • Friday - Monday (3 positions)
    • Tuesday - Saturday (3 positions)
• Weekend Availability Required
• Status: Full-time with benefits

What You Need:

• At least 18 years of age
• Current Oregon CNA certification
• Current CPR/1st Aid or BLS Certificate
• Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card
• Previous caregiving experience
• Med Passing experience preferred
• A heart for older adults
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be a team player
