What you’ll bring:Post-secondary education in a relevant field; SCMP, CSCP, CIPS, or equivalent designation preferred.8-10+ years of strategic sourcing or category management experienceStrong background in capital equipment, MRO, or industrial servicesExperience in energy, utilities, construction, or asset-intensive industries preferredExperience in inventory management and optimization modelsStrong analytical, negotiation, and supplier governance skillsExperience using Workday or similar ERP systemsExperience centralizing and managing North America wide multi location spendsAdvanced internal and external stakeholder management and executive communication skillsEnglish proficiency is required to support the full North American businessLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
