The Role The Claims Attorney will be responsible for the direct management of complex excess casualty claims, with exposure to General Liability, D&O, Fidelity, and Cyber. This role involves: Investigation, evaluation, and resolution of high‑severity claims. Coordinating with reinsurers, brokers, and outside counsel. Preparing large loss reports and presenting to senior leadership. Contributing to operational improvements and analytics. Supporting reporting and reinsurance audits. Qualifications Juris Doctor with active state bar license. 4+ years of experience as an insurance defense litigator or in‑house claims attorney. Client service orientation and collaborative approach.
