Advanced Surfaces Corporation is looking for a qualified Field Supervisor. Field supervisors are responsible for overseeing a team of driving specialists and flooring installers. This role involves managing and coordinating the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective operations. Frequent weekend and sometimes evening availability is required. Responsibilities Team Management: Supervise and guide driving specialists and flooring installers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work. Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule projects with leadership, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and deadlines are met. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections during installs to ensure that work meets quality standards and customer expectations. Address any issues or concerns promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching support to team members. Promote a team culture of continuous learning and improvement. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including work orders, progress reports, and incident reports. Prepare and submit reports to management as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial flooring industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of driving regulations and safety protocols. Familiarity with flooring installation processes and materials. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
