We are hiring for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing team! Job Description The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing daily cash and liquidity activities across the organization, ensuring efficient cash positioning, funding, forecasting, investment execution, debt administration, and managing banking operations. This role serves as a key contributor in transforming treasury processes from manual and spreadsheet-driven activities to a centralized Treasury Management System (Oracle), while maintaining strong governance, controls, and business partnerships. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support treasury operations, banking activities, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, develop treasury expertise, and contribute to improving cash management and operational efficiency. Essential Functions Cash Management & Liquidity Operations Perform daily cash positioning and liquidity analysis across bank accounts. Manage prior‑day cash reporting and reconciliation processes to support treasury decision‑making. Monitor daily cash balances, forecast short‑term liquidity needs, and recommend funding actions. Analyze cash flow trends and identify opportunities to optimize working capital and liquidity utilization. Support development and enhancement of cash forecasting models and reporting tools. Investments & Funding Activities Execute investment and redemption transactions in accordance with treasury policies. Monitor investment portfolios and ensure compliance with approved investment guidelines. Support liquidity planning and funding strategies to maximize returns while preserving capital and maintaining adequate liquidity. Treasury Payments Administration Process treasury‑related payments through banking platforms and treasury systems. Ensure all payments are accurately approved, executed, and documented in compliance with internal controls. Partner with Accounting, AP, and business stakeholders to resolve payment‑related issues. Support transition from manual banking portal activity to automated Oracle Treasury workflows and payment integrations. Additional Functions/Responsibilities Collaborate on Treasury Systems & Process Transformation Support the redesign and implementation of cash management, reporting, and forecasting models. Support treasury technology initiatives, including Oracle Treasury implementation and optimization. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve controls, and reduce operational risk. Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for treasury system enhancements. Debt Administration Manage debt reset activities and maintain debt‑related records and schedules. Coordinate with banking partners regarding debt facilities, rates, and compliance requirements. Support debt reporting and analysis for treasury leadership. Bank Relationship Management Build and maintain effective relationships with banking partners. Support bank account administration, service reviews, and treasury service enhancements. Evaluate banking products and services to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings. Assist in negotiating banking services and resolving operational issues. Bank Fee Analysis & Optimization Develop and maintain bank fee analysis models and reporting. Review bank service charges and identify opportunities for fee reductions and service optimization. Partner with banking institutions and treasury leadership to improve treasury service economics. Maintain ongoing bank fee monitoring and reporting processes. Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives Drive continuous improvement initiatives across treasury operations. Develop scalable reporting, forecasting, and analytical models. Support treasury transformation projects, including Oracle Treasury implementation and process standardization. Recommend best practices to strengthen cash visibility, forecasting accuracy, and treasury controls Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications Education Four year college degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. (Required) Work Experience 2-4 years strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn corporate treasury concepts such as cash forecasting, liquidity management, investments, debt administration, treasury systems, and cross‑functional projects (Required) Understanding of corporate treasury, cash flow forecasting, investments, treasury systems, debt, and treasury project management.(Preferred) Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills Cash management and liquidity planning (Required) Treasury operations (Required) Banking products and services (Required) Investments and funding activities (Preferred) Debt administration (Preferred) Treasury controls and compliance (Preferred) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Preferred) Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Preferred) Experience using banking portals and electronic payment platforms (Preferred) Strong analytical, reporting, and data management capabilities (Preferred) Knowledge of cash forecasting methodologies and liquidity management practices (Preferred) Licenses, Certifications, Professional Affiliations CTP Upon Hire (Preferred) Additional Information Taking Care of our People!
