As a Manager you will supervise and develop teams, mentor junior staff, and secure the delivery of quality financial insights that drive strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities Mentor junior staff to foster professional growth and development Drive initiatives that deliver significant benefits to clients Uphold the firm’s standards of quality and integrity in every deliverable Utilise technology and innovative approaches to improve financial analysis processes What You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred Certified Public Accountant preferred Understanding financial planning and analysis principles Analyzing and interpreting financial data for insights Working effectively with cross‑functional teams Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling Knowledge of insurance products and pricing models Identifying trends in financial data through variance analysis Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements and compliance Benefits Salary range: $99,000 – $232,000. Compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
