What you bring to the table As an Assistant General Manager, you play a key role in the restaurants success by:

• Having a minimum of one year of management or leadership experience (required).
• Having experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Leading a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to achieve operational excellence.
• Delivering exceptional customer experience and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Demonstrating conflict resolution skills and strong verbal and written communication.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identifying high-potential talent and supporting their development through continuous training and recognition.
• Following operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain consistent restaurant standards.
• Supporting the restaurants scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local marketing efforts.
• Leading with a food safety culture that meets company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness practices.
• Working 45 hours per week with a variable schedule, including opening, swing, and closing shifts, as well as weekends and/or holidays. (Current schedule expectations include 1 opening shift, 2 swing shifts (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.), 1 closing shift, and 1 additional shift as needed by the restaurant. These expectations may change according to business needs).
• Meeting the physical requirements of the position, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Obtaining and maintaining any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having a valid drivers license, as occasional driving may be necessary.
• Being at least 18 years of age.
