Auto Finance Collections Specialist
First Investors Financial Services, Inc.
Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of collector responsible for managing delinquent auto loan and lease accounts. This position entails communicating with customers to collect overdue payments while ensuring compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and moderate computer knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
