What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a Level I Trauma Center
• Triage and assess incoming patients to prioritize treatment needs
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage emergency medications and procedures
• Assist with trauma, trauma holds, and pediatric emergencies
• Operate and monitor ventilated patients; perform procedural sedation when required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure rapid response and effective care
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC and other electronic systems
• Maintain excellent patient and family communication during high-stress scenarios

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (required)
• 2+ years ER experience in a fast-paced setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications required
• Comfortable with triage, emergency procedures, trauma, pediatric care, and ventilated patients
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and handle a high acuity caseload

Preferred: Experience in a Level I Trauma and stroke or STEMI-certified facility
