What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the ER holding unit
• Monitor patient conditions, update medical records, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
• Assist with patient assessments and stabilization while awaiting transfer or discharge
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

What You Need

• Current RN license in Ohio or valid compact license
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience in ER, holding, or acute care setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
