Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. The position involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role requires at least 2 years of ER experience. Candidates must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, stroke-certified, and STEMI-certified facility is preferred. Nurses should be comfortable with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, and emergency medications. Knowledge of procedural sedation, ventilated patients, and trauma care is essential. Experience with psych holds and pediatric emergency care is required. Patient ratios are 1:3.5. EPIC documentation is used in this role. Float may be required, with every other or every third weekend scheduled. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Candidates must be conscientious of the urgency of the licensing and credentialing process. Two professional references are required for submission.
