Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will deliver both individual and couples therapy sessions, effectively addressing a range of family dynamics and psychological challenges. The key responsibilities include:

• Conducting specialized assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for individuals and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual therapy for each partner to delve into personal insights.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques to address complex family issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Providing remote and occasional in-person therapy options as needed, adapting your approach based on client needs.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining comprehensive records in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele that includes adults as well as children and adolescents. Your expertise will be crucial in tackling various issues such as:

• Grief and loss from death, separation, or divorce.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
