Responsibilities Willow Springs Center has openings for full time Resident Mentors. Base Pay Plus Weekend AND Night Differential. Position Overview: We are seeking a caring and patient Mental Health Technician (MHT) to join our pediatric team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children (ages 11-17) and committed to making a positive impact in their lives. You will assist in implementing therapeutic activities, support behavioral interventions, and collaborate with clinicians to create a nurturing space for healing and growth. Qualifications EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year in mental health arena; experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatry preferred.
