Apex Placement & Consulting is seeking motivated General Laborers for a growing manufacturing operation in Wentzville, MO. In this role, you'll play an important part in preparing customer vehicles for spray-on bedliner applications by washing, masking, prepping, and inspecting trucks throughout the production process.

Pay & Schedule:

Base Pay: $18.00/hr

1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM

2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM ($18.90/hr)

3rd Shift: 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM ($19.35/hr)

What You'll Do:

• Wash, mask, prep, and demask customer vehicles according to work instructions
• Prepare trucks for spray-on bedliner applications
• Apply customer logos and decals as required
• Utilize hand tools, masking materials, tape, paper, and plastic coverings
• Ensure vehicles move through production in First-In, First-Out (FIFO) order
• Maintain adequate supplies and materials in the work area
• Verify all customer vehicle components and belongings remain with the correct vehicle throughout production
• Follow all safety procedures and company work instructions
• Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written instructions and production processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
