Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to or at start of assignment. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings. New graduates will not be accepted. Prior experience with outpatient EMR systems preferred; experience with Raintree is a plus. Ability to work a schedule that may include two evening shifts per week (until approximately 7:00 PM). Completion of assigned HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start is required. Employer will provide reimbursement for required training as specified by the client. Preferred: experience managing productivity targets (approximately 55–63 patients per week) and familiarity with 4x10 scheduling. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30. Schedule expectations: 40 hours per week. Clinic may require availability for two evenings per week (until 7:00 PM) and openness to 4x10 options. Duration: 13 to 26 weeks. EMR: Raintree.
