Office Admin. Assistant

Key Responsibilities Office & Supply Coordination: Maintain inventory of office supplies. Place orders and ensure supplies are stocked as needed. Shipping & Mail Handling: Assist with printing and preparing shipment documents. Help coordinate incoming and outgoing mail or packages. Facility & Vendor Support: Report and track facility maintenance needs. Communicate with service providers (e.g., cleaning, shredding) as needed. Hiring & Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate interviews and support hiring logistics. Assist with onboarding steps for new team members. Administrative Tasks: Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with general inquiries. Maintain organized files, records, and documentation. Support basic office projects or company events as needed.
