Shift Options Night Shift - Part Time Saturday/Sunday Day Shift - Part Time Saturday/Sunday Night Shift - Full Time Mon‑Fri (No Weekends) Pay: $95,000 annually (negotiable with experience) Opportunities for advancement REQUIRED: Prior Long Term Care experience Position Overview We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital who need therapy, as well as those needing long‑term care. Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate and lead staff. Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy. Explain health status, changes, and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed. Qualifications Licensed to work in the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation.
