About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Media Sales to lead and manage its media sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting clear objectives, targets, and budgets, as well as developing and delivering the overall media sales strategy. A key aspect of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across media agencies and brands, driving new business and identifying innovative commercial opportunities to grow revenue. The Head of Media Sales will also lead the development of new media sites, manage projects, budgets, and external resources, and ensure that advertising is delivered in line with client and contractual requirements. Applicants for the Head of Media Sales position at the company should have a strong background in out-of-home (OOH) media, with a focus on commercial acumen, leadership skills, and excellent agency/client relationships. The role requires the ability to monitor the OOH market, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior media sales role, with experience in supporting and developing sales teams through regular 1-to-1s, appraisals, and team meetings. A strategic and proactive approach to driving sales and a deep understanding of the media sales landscape are essential.
