Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Develop personalized treatment plans through comprehensive assessments that take into account the unique histories and needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to comply with ethical standards, client confidentiality, and state regulations, using our clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Stay current with research and best practices to inform treatment decisions and provide clients with the most effective mental health care.

• Engage in regular individual and group supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance your clinical skills.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom are navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
