What you will do

• Own reliability performance for facilities/utilities assets: HVAC, chillers, air compressors, process water systems, boilers, and high purity gas delivery.
• Lead reliability excellence initiatives to boost uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Design and deliver reliability projects targeting lifecycle improvement and chronic issue elimination.
• Analyze downtime and maintenance cost data to rank and retire bad actors.
• Drive Management of Change for new/modified equipment to ensure maintainability and reliability from day one.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop/refine PM and PdM programs with Maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and oil analysis.
• Collaborate with Automation, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance on short-term fixes and long-term strategies.
• Advance safety, maximize availability/uptime, and position the operation for strategic growth.
• Identify, implement, and support continuous improvement (CI) projects across the facility.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSME, BSEE, or related field preferred).
• At least 5 years in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance roles.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred; Kaizen experience valued.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Outstanding communication and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Change agent with positive energy and strong prioritization discipline.
• Applied knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
