Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.32 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the building, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and sensitive areas within a fast-paced technology-focused location, following post orders and reporting security-related concerns. Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with badge or entry procedures as directed, and completing routine reports related to incidents and patrol activity. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
