Flex Security Officer

Job Type: Full-time | Flex schedule (Shifts may vary across locations)

Securitas Security Services is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Flex Security Officer to join our team, providing security services across three locations in Bedford, MA, Burlington, MA, and Danvers, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets across these sites. This is a dynamic role requiring flexibility, as you will rotate between locations based on the security needs of the company.

Patrol Duties: Conduct routine patrols both inside and outside of facilities, monitoring premises for signs of criminal activity, safety hazards, or other suspicious behavior.

Access Control: Document and report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, completing detailed written reports and communicating any concerns to management.

Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, following established protocols.

Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to identify security risks and take appropriate action when necessary.

Customer Service: Provide a professional and approachable presence for all employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a positive and secure environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous security experience preferred.

Ability to work across multiple locations (Bedford, Burlington, & Danvers) with a flexible schedule.

Knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.

Shifts may vary depending on the needs of each location, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
