Associate Lead - OpenData

The Role Veeva OpenData is a global reference database for healthcare professionals and organizations, containing addresses, emails, specialties, demographics, compliance data, and affiliations. The data will be available in over 100 countries by the end of 2025 and in 125 countries subsequently. As the associate lead, you will guide and develop a remote team of researchers who identify and curate various data elements related to OpenData while ensuring compliance and quality standards. You will design data production processes, execute process and technology improvements, and be fully responsible for your team’s performance, efficiency, and quality. What You’ll Do Lead a team with a headcount of 30+ Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects Build a dynamic, proactive, high‑performing team Own your team’s KPIs and performance Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously Requirements Experience in business processes management Demonstrated leadership potential Skill with spreadsheets Adaptability in international or remote settings Nice to Have Connection with life sciences (education or professional experience) #RemoteSpain Position is fully remote in Spain.
