School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help elementary students build the functional skills they need to succeed during the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview:

• Conduct assessments of students’ fine motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing abilities to determine eligibility and develop individualized goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions across various elementary school sites, adapting strategies to support diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement classroom accommodations and participate in IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust treatment plans to support maximum independence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
