CFC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packager to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package finished goods according to company specifications and customer requirements
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects prior to packaging
• Label, sort, and prepare items for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Team player with good communication skills

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
