Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider - Washington DC Region

MedStar Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (ACNPs) to join our Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) teams MedStar Washington Hospital Center , located in the heart of our nation's capital.

As part of one of the region's leading tertiary care centers, you'll work alongside a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering advanced, high-acuity care to critically ill patients.

• Practice in a high-volume, high-acuity CVICU

• Manage complex post-operative cardiac and surgical patients

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited physician assistant or acute care nurse practitioner program.

• NCCPA (physician assistant) or AGACNP (nurse practitioner) certification.

• BLS and ACLS certifications.

• One year of critical care experience or in-patient hospital medicine is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced procedures.
