Hybrid | Contract | Kansas City, MO Contract Talent Acquisition Consultant/ Recruiter Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and field leadership roles across multiple project sites Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting databases, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the ATS and internal tracking tools Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support ongoing recruiting needs Qualifications 5–8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Experience sourcing technical or specialized talent preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shifting priorities Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools Organized, adaptable, and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
