Tampa Bay Collective is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Tampa team.

This is a people-focused position where you’ll work directly with customers, represent client campaigns, answer questions, and help turn positive conversations into results.

What Does the Role Look Like?

You’ll work face-to-face with customers at retail and event locations throughout the Tampa area. Your day will include:

• Starting conversations and engaging with customers 
• Finding out what customers are interested in 
• Introducing current client campaigns 
• Explaining campaign information clearly and answering questions 
• Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience 
• Identifying interested customers and guiding them through the sign-up process 
• Working toward individual and team goals

Who We’re Looking For

Previous customer service or sales experience can be helpful, but it isn’t essential.

We’re looking for someone who communicates naturally, can hold a conversation, learns quickly, and brings a reliable and positive approach to work.

You should be comfortable meeting new people, taking initiative, and applying feedback as you learn the role.

This is an in-person position and is not a call center or remote customer service role.
