As Audience Marketing Manager, Court Reporter Community, you will build and manage marketing programs that attract, activate, engage, and retain court reporters across a growing professional network.
You will work closely with recruiting, scheduling, and operations teams to turn audience insights into effective acquisition and retention strategies.
The role spans multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, community engagement, referrals, events, and content creation.
You will own programs that help new members get active quickly while strengthening their long-term connection to the community.
You will also represent the organization at industry conventions and virtual events, bringing the community experience to life through compelling content.
With a strong focus on data, experimentation, and measurable outcomes, you will help drive growth across the entire acquisition and retention funnel.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a creative, analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

• Serve as the embedded marketing lead for the Provider and recruiting team, aligning marketing initiatives with shared growth, acquisition, and retention goals.
• Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns across email, paid media, organic content, partnerships, and other relevant channels to convert court reporters into applicants and network members.
• Build and manage lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, activation, engagement, re-engagement, and win-back communications.
• Develop community-building initiatives such as ambassador programs, peer spotlights, referral programs, and loyalty initiatives.
• Represent the organization at court reporter conventions and industry events, building relationships while capturing photo and video content for marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Operations to understand retention drivers, identify audience needs, and translate insights into targeted marketing programs.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs across the acquisition and retention funnel.
• Use segmentation, A/B testing, and performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns, communications, and community programs are aligned with operational priorities.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of marketing experience with hands-on ownership of multi-channel campaigns, including email, content, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and managing lifecycle campaigns while owning growth and retention metrics.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including segmentation, campaign management, and reporting.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate with empathy and authenticity to a specific professional audience.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort working with funnel metrics, campaign analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when partnering with operations, recruiting, or other audience-facing teams.
• Comfortable traveling to industry events and conventions and creating photo or video content on site.
• Experience marketing to supply-side, provider, or professional communities is a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal industry or court reporting is desirable.
• Experience developing community, ambassador, referral, or loyalty programs is an advantage.
