Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California OT license
• Previous school-based experience and familiarity with IEP processes are highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the needs of a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance students’ participation in classroom and school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
• Complete thorough documentation, maintain accurate case notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Conduct assessments to identify barriers and recommend interventions or accommodations for student success
• Offer training and resources to school staff and families regarding sensory, motor, and self-care skill development
