Payroll Analyst

We’re looking for an HRIS & Payroll Analyst with strong hands-on payroll experience and the ability to take ownership of an HRIS system. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the combination of payroll, HR systems, reporting, and employee support and wants to be the go-to resource for HRIS and payroll operations. What you’ll be doing: Process and audit bi-weekly payroll Maintain employee data and HRIS transactions Handle new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and pay changes Serve as the primary HRIS/Paycom resource Troubleshoot system and payroll issues Prepare payroll and HR reports and conduct data audits Support employees with payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS questions Assist with HRIS upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements What we’re looking for: 1-3+ years of hands-on payroll and HRIS experience Experience actually processing payroll, not just submitting changes Paycom experience strongly preferred Multi-state payroll experience is a plus Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working with confidential employee information If you have a strong payroll background and enjoy working with HR systems, I’d like to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
