Epic Beaker Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to support a large North Carolina healthcare system on a 6-month contract engagement. The team is currently spread thin and is looking for a senior-level analyst who can step in quickly to assist with ticket resolution, build work, and all-around project support. Candidates should have at least 6 years of Epic analyst experience and hands-on build experience. Lab background and DI knowledge are a plus.

Day to Day:
• Ticket support for Epic Beaker
• Build and configuration work
• Supporting ongoing and ad hoc project initiatives
• Acting as an all-around analyst to help relieve a stretched team
• Standard hours, 8-5 EST

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• Epic Beaker CP or AP certification
• 6+ years of Epic analyst experience
• Strong Epic build experience (not just support)
• Experience handling tickets and project work concurrently


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pluses:
• Epic Beaker CP and AP certification
• Data Innovations (DI) knowledge
• Lab background
• Academic medical center experience
