VP, AI-Native Product Design

Zuora, Inc. is seeking a VP of Product Design to shape the next generation of Zuora’s product experience in an AI-native world. This leader will partner with Product, Engineering and AI to rethink how customers interact with Zuora, and to build a design model that enables intent, automation and outcomes.

The role requires a design thinker and builder with experience leading design organizations within enterprise SaaS, able to balance innovation with customer trust and measurable outcomes.
