With more than 30 years of pump manufacturing and distribution experience, our growing team consists of more than 45 employees and 2 company-owned branches. Experience in mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and services of pump equipment is preferred. Other job requirements include work‑order documentation, good communication and organizational skills. Essential Job Functions Disassemble and reassemble a variety of pumps; inspect, diagnose, and perform major and/or minor repair work, preventative maintenance, and routine maintenance on motors, pumps, hydraulic equipment, compressors, controls, and related equipment Inspect, adjust and replace necessary units and related parts in the performance of repair and maintenance work; maintain records, prepare reports and other specialized maintenance records of equipment and mechanical equipment Diagnose mechanical devices Perform or assist on service calls/field work as required; must be willing to work after hours and perform field service work with no notice, on‑call is required Dismantle devices to remove, repair, clean, lubricate, and/or replace defective parts Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections Perform inspections on used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements; must be able to use precision measuring tools Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical panels; adjust and program control panels and controls Operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas Pump & Machinery
