Traveling Manager, Photo Operations

Traveling Manager, Photo Operations
Incumbent must have working knowledge of Photo Lab operations, Digital Photo Kiosks, Portrait Studio Equipment, Private Studio operations, Marketing and Sales. Make determinations based on experience, proper tracking, and ongoing analysis to guide crucial marketing strategies to driving revenue and guest satisfaction. Participate with shore side management in the decision-making process and implementation of all businesses impacting photo operations and revenue creation.
Must have detailed knowledge of all working areas of the onboard cruise ship culture, onboard photo operations including photo lab operations, guest facing photo operations, rules and regulations and have a thorough understanding of how to implement procedures and be pro-active in quality control. Must ensure that all staff are adequately qualified, trained and certified for their own individual roles, including Photographer, Photo Lab Technicians, Assistant Photo Manager, Photo Manager and Portrait Artist.
