Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Opportunity | 2026–2027 School Year Support Student Independence. Make an Impact with PDS. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year. This part‑time, onsite position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills. About the Role As a school-based OT, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school‑related tasks. Schedule & Setting Monday–Friday school hours Onsite placement within the School District No evenings or weekends School holidays and breaks off Team-focused, supportive environment Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active State OT license (or ability to obtain) NBCOT certification preferred School-based or pediatric experience preferred Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Hawaii State and district requirements Why PDS?
