Clinical Data Strategist

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare analytics professionals who thrive on turning complexity into clarity.

What You'll Do

Review and validate data quality across multi-source clinical datasets
Identify meaningful trends, outliers, and key drivers behind clinical outcomes
Synthesize care-pathway behavior and translate findings into operational implications
Interpret quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and compliance indicators
Produce structured, high-clarity summaries ready for downstream analytical workflows
Support recurring evaluations of clinical data pipelines and reporting outputs

Who You Are

Must-Have:

Hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, data science, or clinical operations
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and outcome measures
Exceptional ability to synthesize and communicate complex clinical information clearly
Sharp analytical instincts — you find the signal in the noise
Self-directed and dependable when working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with risk-adjustment methodologies, claims data, or population-health analytics
Experience working within clinical quality improvement or reporting frameworks
Background in value-based care, health informatics, or performance benchmarking
