HR/Workforce Manager
Titusville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center
Are you an organized, people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Titusville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is looking for an HR/Workforce Manager to join our team!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in recruiting and onboarding staff, supporting employees, managing schedules, monitoring staffing needs, and helping create a positive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care from a strong and well-supported team.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in HR, workforce planning, or scheduling
Healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work with staff and leadership at all levels
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
