Title : Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Type: Contract (4 Months, Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Warehouse Coordinator to support operations within a large warehouse distribution center. This role is responsible for employee performance tracking, attendance management, payroll reporting, safety initiatives, onboarding, and daily workforce support. Candidates with warehouse and forklift operation knowledge are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Associates on Assignment (AOA), including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
• Conduct and document safety observations
• Track attendance, timeclock entries, and payroll reporting
• Assist with conflict resolution and employee relations matters
• Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift knowledge or experience highly preferred
• Experience with attendance tracking, payroll reporting, or employee support functions is a plus

Schedule & Duration

• 4-month contract assignment
