What You’ll Do: Supervise and lead a team of caregivers in a residential setting Plan daily activities that promote engagement, skill‑building, and joy Coordinate schedules for staff and individuals, including medical appointments Support individuals in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, meals, and social skills Ensure a safe and happy environment Encourage healthy lifestyles, clean living spaces, and positive habits Plan menus that align with dietary guidelines Assist with administering medications and assist with medical needs Complete daily documentation and maintain accurate records Ideal Candidate: Has strong leadership skills and can manage a team effectively Is reliable, organized, and able to follow schedules and treatment plans Communicates clearly and professionally — both written and verbal Brings a positive attitude and compassionate mindset Can provide physical care as needed Willing to work swing shifts, holidays, and weekends Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid Utah Driver’s License Must be able to lift 50lbs Social Security Card (for background screening) Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Previous experience as a Residential Manager is required #J-18808-Ljbffr North Eastern Services
