Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Legal and Compliance Manager position should possess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with legal hospitality across restaurants/food/beverage.
3. In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
4. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
5. A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
6. Contract experience
7. An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations.

- Review, draft, and maintain all business contracts, including sales, procurement, service agreements, and HR contracts.
- Ensure contracts are legally sound, compliant with company policies, and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract repository.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide timely legal advice on contractual and regulatory matters.
- Handle legal disputes and claims.
- Manage trademark registration, renewal processes, and maintain relevant trademark record.
- Manage insurance, license and permits related matters of the business.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary.
