Coral Springs is a long-term care and rehabilitation center providing quality services in the Wilmington, DE community.

We are currently hiring a full-time 9a-5p Maintenance Assistant. This position would require every other weekend shifts as well.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
• Assist the maintenance staff in the development and us of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the Maintenance Department, its programs and activities.
• Submit accident or incident reports to the Human Resources Department within twenty-four (24) hours of their occurrence.
• Inspect storage rooms, workrooms, utility or janitorial closets, etc. for upkeep and supply control.
