Quick Facts Location: Kennewick, WA Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: Minimum 3 months, ongoing Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Shift: Clinic hours with on-call support (1:3 ratio) Hours per Week: Full-time hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: Active Washington State Medical License or IMLC required Experience: Prior OB/GYN practice preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN clinical care in a hospital and outpatient setting Participate in patient rounding for labor, delivery, and postpartum care Support hospital and clinic with scheduled on-call duties Document patient contact hours and callbacks accurately in electronic health records Ensure compliance with documentation and billing requirements Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers What You Need Valid Washington State Medical License or IMLC Proven OB/GYN experience with clean malpractice history Ability to manage hospital and outpatient cases independently Strong documentation skills for time and patient contact verification Flexibility to participate in scheduled call shifts About the Assignment This OB/GYN role encompasses both outpatient clinic management and hospital coverage, including labor and delivery support and postpartum rounds. The provider will work with a dedicated team, primarily on scheduled days, with on-call responsibilities confined to scheduled hours.
