Locums | OB/GYN | Call Only | Richland, WA (IMLC accepted) Why This Role Long-term ongoing OB/GYN coverage need Busy, high-acuity labor and delivery environment Established support from midwives and APPs Opportunity for recurring monthly coverage Assignment Details Coverage Type: Call Only Setting: Inpatient Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts Coverage Need: 5-8 shifts per month Call Type: In-House Response Time: On Site Patient Volume: Approximately 25 patients per shift Support Staff: 13 APPs and 5 Midwives EMR: Epic Requirements Active Washington license or IMLC accepted Board Certified OB/GYN BLS Clinical Details Low-risk pregnancy management High-risk pregnancy management Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasound performance and interpretation Vaginal deliveries Forceps deliveries C-section decision making Cesarean deliveries Breech deliveries Multiple births Placental abruptions VBAC management Repair of third and fourth-degree lacerations Emergency department OB/GYN consults Hysterectomy procedures Ectopic pregnancy management D&C procedures Ovarian cystectomy procedures Hysteroscopy procedures IUD insertions Abscess management Post-hysterectomy complication management Exploratory laparotomy procedures Level II trauma environment No APP supervision required No resident or teaching responsibilities Estimated pay range/amount is Negotiable.
